Unit # 1 is a duplex-style cottage, so it may be possible to hear guests in the unit attached. We ask all our guests to keep this in mind when booking and to be respectful when staying. This quaint unit is a studio with one queen bed, a table, *a small kitchen*, and *a small bathroom* with a shower. The unit is well-kept & equipped, however it is simple and wind-swept. Please keep in mind that if you are looking for a luxurious getaway, this may not be the right choice for your stay. This unit is located right next door to a nice RV Park.
