Our studio apartment is 480 square feet with it's own front and back door for privacy. It is on the east side of town close to Sabino Canyon and the popular bike path "The Loop" https://southernarizonaguide.com/bicycle-path-the-loop/It has a private fenced yard and a covered patio. A gorgeous view of the mountains can be seen from the patio and through the windows. There is a kitchenette with coffee/tea, and creamer. A microwave, hot plate, 5-cup coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and fridge and freezer with ice are provided. A Brita filter provides clean drinking water. A table and chairs accompany the kitchenette. There is an electric fireplace in front of the sofa which holds a TV with ROKU (please bring your log-in information to stream).
