This is a fabulous family-friendly condo that is part of a small beach front complex of only 7 units, so no crowded, noisy beaches. Our space does not directly overlook the Gulf of Mexico, but DOES offer a nice glimpse of it from the balcony. The unit is one floor above the parking garage and you will get to the condo by walking up stairs (around 15 steps). The stairs are a little steep, which is something to consider when carrying large/bulky luggage or for people with limited mobility. NO ELEVATOR, sorry! Once you are parked the beach life really begins. Parking space is a hot commodity on the beach, but this unit has one assigned spot. In full disclosure, some people find it tight, but it is big enough to fit an SUV. A bit of maneuvering or backing up into the parking spot may be necessary depending on your v
