It is on the 10th floor and there are two elevators. It is privately owned and we just spent three months renovating our unit. We put in new floors, new bathroom vanities, new toilets and a new shower in the hall bath as well as a completely new kitchen. The kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances, and is well stocked. We are a local family of five that live in the area and we take pride in our investment. We want to rent to those that will treat our second home like their own. We work hard to keep this condo maintained and we take pride in keeping it clean for your use. We appreciate those that leave our condo in great shape upon check-out.
