It has a King bed in the bedroom with a wall mounted flat screen TV, split AC, glass sliding doors that open to the large covered lanai and grassy back yard. There is also a living area with couch and coffee table, kitchenette with 3/4 size refrigerator and hot plate for light cooking. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all cooking and eating dishes and utensils make the kitchen great for light cooking.
