It sits on the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course (one of 3 courses) at Sea Trail Golf Resort. You can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers tee off and putt. The sunrise from the porch is absolutely lovely and makes your whole day happy. The Champions are the only units at Sea Trail resort to have their own pool, which is just a few steps outside the front door. Parking is immediately in front of the building as well. The condo, with its unique floor plan, has enough space that everyone can have their private time.
