The main house was built as a summer cottage in 1889 and design by Charles Bevins. It was later used as the officers club during World War II. The original Fort Wetherill is now a waterfront state park, that surrounds the property. Of the main house we lease the 1st and 2nd floor of the home which consists of a large kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, formal dining room, billiard room, sitting room, small sun porch and a grand sun porch with great views that span from the Newport Pell Bridge to Castle Hill light.The second floor has 5 bedrooms (3 queens & 2 full beds) and 2 bathrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor.
