It was moved down from New Hampshire and rebuilt just prior to the 1938 hurricane. It is surrounded and next to over 17 acres of private and conservation dunes assuring an exceptionally intimate setting. The Surprise House was so named as it came unexpectedly filled with antiques and of course, being such an old house, it is filled with nooks and crannies.The main house has a Living Room, formal Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry/hall and 3 bedrooms.
