You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining. If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.
