We are just 1 mile off of I-70 exit 187, which is the closest exit to the Moab exit #182. We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans.
