Peace and Pinecones Cottage - when quiet is what you need, by Buffalo Mountain Getaway Just like the names says, you'll find peace and pinecones when you come relax at this lovely, tranquil cottage. Situated across from a horse farm, you can enjoy watching them frolic and graze. We are only 2.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and another mile or so to Chateau Morrisette Winery. Our cottage has two bedrooms, with two baths and plenty of room to relax. Our deck offers outside dining and the firepit is wonderful to enjoy with friends. With so much to do in the area, you'll find the perfect balance.Just a few reminders: 1 - NO Pets allowed 2 - Absolutely NO Smoking 3 - Please do not move furniture 4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels 5 - Remember it's our home, so treat it with respect 6 - The grill is propane. 7 - Firepit is wonderful so don't forget to bring your own wood and marshmallows.
