We just added a queen couch bed for additional sleeping.Our balcony overlooks Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and has spectacular sunset views!Very close to Boone, Banner Elk, and minutes from Grandfather Mtn State Park. Ski in the winter, enjoy the cool mountain air in the summer and watch the leaves change in the fall.Recently renovated kitchen and new flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest has a queen and there is a queen pull out sectional couch with a memory foam mattress. Enjoy the facilities at this wonderful resort.
