It is a semi-custom ranch built in 2018 on an almost 1 acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac allowing for peace and quiet during the stay. 15-20 from Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco provides many options for the perfect weekend get-away. You will enjoy the centuries old beams recovered from barns in the northeast while sitting on front porch watching the sun set. This is a kid friendly home
