The house is built around a large concrete water-way, which was originally part of the Winthrop water supply. That bunker is now the floor of an upper bedroom, as well as the walls of the living room and a second bedroom on the main floor. It is a hand-built, and handmade riverfront pleasure.Located about 1/3 mile downstream of downtown Winthrop and its iconic old west boardwalk.... it is close, yet private. This is a "one of a kind experience" not to be passed over.The bedrooms have queen beds, with additional sleeping on a twin/full bunk bed. The main-floor master has it's own bath, and outside entrance overlooking the river. Full kitchen, internet, unique wood stove, heated floors, patio with picnic table and small propane grill.EXTREMELY IMPO
