Howard Walker around 1900, but it is the only one he designed and built for his own family. It has 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a grand living room that is 60 feet long. Situated on 10 private acres, it has private access to Lake Chocorua, one of the most picturesque lakes in the region. The living room has two grand pianos that were formerly owned by a concert pianist and a Metropolitan opera singer. It has a large porch with beautiful views of nature and mountains. Among several out buildings is a little playhouse that kids love.
