You can see Carancahua bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community boat ramp.Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), park/play ground for the kids, and private/community boat ramp.With the queen bed in the bedroom, the full sized sofa bed in the office, and the large sectional couch you 'could' sleep up to 6 people but it is more comfortable with around 4 .
