This much-loved family beach cottage, in our family for three generations, is accessed down a private country dirt road to the waters of Great Peconic Bay. The property offers two very different outdoor experiences to enjoy with beautifully planted private gardens in front and rear with ever-changing displays of flowers and a large spectacular beach. The beach is accessed from the rear garden via a curving stone path over the low dune through a natural garden of indigenous grasses, reeds, wild roses and Montauk daisies. Our wide sugar sand private beach is one of the several large private beaches that create this quintessentially scenic curving cove. Even at high tide, there remains a large wide beach for lounging, sunning, games, bonfires, and stargazing.
