It is located on a corner at the juncture of two brick paved streets with a lovely front and backyard, and shaded tree canopies. One block to the village for dining & shopping, and two blocks to the beach. The original heart pine floors have been refinished throughout the entire house. Featuring two good-sized bedrooms with lots of light, one bath with tub/shower, large kitchen with breakfast bar, Olde Florida screened porch with jalousie windows, enclosed breezeway off kitchen, opening to private outdoor deck, and paved drive for your car. Complete updates of bath include: all new subway tile surround, new tub & fixtures, new HE toilet & vintage-style pe
