This is the lower level private guest house of our riverfront vacation house. It is a fully self contained guest house with a private entrance with access to the boat dock. It is light and bright with with an open concept living area. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and patio. Fish off the patio or just watch the ducks swim by. Bring your river toys we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are a shared space with the main house. The upstairs main house is currently not available for rent. There may be guests that are friends or family of ours.The spaceThis is a one bedroom guest apartment. It is the lower level of riverfront house. Perfect for traveling nurses, snow birds or two adults on a long weekend get away. Parking will be in the driveway. There is no laundry in the space, but arrangements can be made for use of the units in the garage for stays of one week or
