With one of the largest backyards in the neighborhood, there is a dumbwaiter (adult only use) to raise and lower goodies from the kitchen level to help build memories around the private fire pit and seating area where you can always hear the ocean's waves. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, pool, playground, tennis/pickle ball courts, equestrian center, town hall and downtown Seabrook.L and L's stand
