Our home is an oceanside 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised and completely renovated ranch and is the perfect LBI beach house for you, your family and friends. It is a very short walk, only seven (7) houses to the beach WITHOUT the hassle of having to cross busy Long Beach boulevard. We have central air throughout the house and a Wi-Fi thermostat. Please note that you may set the thermostat to whatever temperature you would like, we do not place any restrictions on our guests as far as how cold they can keep the home.
