A blessing for families who desire a place to escape and get away. Guests have plenty parking including boat trailer storage and will stay on the terrace level where every room has beautiful views of Lake Lanier. Just off the patio is a fire pit and a hot tub for your use. Your reserved boat slip is just a short gradual walk off the back porch. To be clear, my wife and I live on the upper floor and guest stay in the private terrace below that has a separate driveway, entrance, patio fire pit, outdoor griddle and hot tub ... all within view and a short easy walk to the lake.
