The house is located on Beaver Lake with direct access to the public boat launch, beach, picnic area, and children’s playground just a few hundred feet away. You really get the best of both worlds here as the house is next to the lake but is also a 7-mile drive to downtown Hayward and all the other attractions, festivals, etc!!The spaceThis is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full and twin bed. They share the main ba
