Lower-level flat has 1 Queen and 1 King bed in same room.Both levels have kitchens and full baths.For an additional $150 per night, you have access to the entire 3400 SF home (both main and lower level). See below for further description of the lower level. We never rent the lower level to other guests if you have reserved our home main (upper) level. We often accommodate our main level guests requesting to rent the additional lower unit space.
