T430 2 Bedroom 2nd Floor Pet Friendly, stairs up to the unit, No cleaning fees You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-INUnit T430 is located on the 2nd floor of Pacific Terraces.The unit is beautifully decorated and has hardwood floors, a wet bar and an ocean view from the living room and the bedrooms.It has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom.  ( both beds set up higher than normal )Sofa sleeper in the living room.One pet is allowed. Pet fee is $20.00 per night. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.**Please note this unit is accessible by stairs only**You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool only. There is NO access to a hot tub.**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
