This is an absolutely charming guest house in the best area of Sherman Oaks. We are right near the intersection of Ventura Blvd and Sepulveda. Walking distance to the Sherman Oaks Galleria, with a 24 hour Fitness gym, Burke Williams spa and restaurants. We are also walking distance to Whole Foods and the new Pavilions market. This is a studio guest house 550 sq feet in size, fully detached from the main house. It has a full bath with tub and shower, private laundry & kitchenette. Plenty of space for 2 people. We DO NOT have a full kitchen, we have a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Nespresso Coffee, and dishes, similar to most hotel kitchenettes. There is no full cooking option and no hot plates allowed. There are a ton of cafes within walking distance. Because of our location you can get just about anywhere in very short time. Beverly H
