Deck has a dining table for six as well as additional seating and a Weber gas grill for those post beach barbecues! A stairway leads to a patio and large private fenced in yard that is flanked by a huge tree where kids can play on the rope swing! The yard is spacious and great for family whiffle ball tournaments, a game of croquet or KAN-JAM!
