Lake Sinissippi is a 3000 acre lake that is home to a variety of wildlife. For as large as the lake is, it is not crowded and is the perfect getaway for those that love lake life and hate crowds. The lake is a shallow lake and is perfect for swimming, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and relaxing. The house faces east, allowing early birds an amazing sunrise over the lake. The lake is approximately 3’ deep at the end of our pier, so no diving but it’s perfect to cool off and perfect for kids. The bottom is a sandy bottom but does get mucky when you explore further away from our pier. Our house is at the southern end of Butternut Island. There are no sidewalks, it is a quiet, dead end street and has amazing, friendly neighbors. Our house has been updated and well maintained over the years.
