Please keep the thermostats at 75 degrees or below as the whole house has radiant heat (in-floor heating) and temps above that could ruin the wood floors. No air conditioning (most mountain homes don’t have AC) but you don’t need it. The cool mountain nights in the summer make the nights incredible.
