Located on channel with close, easy access to Lake Wawasee (as close as you can get without being directly on the lake). Bring your boat. PIER & BOATHOUSE included. Open living space with great views of the lake. PRIVATE POOL is solar heated pool, can be electronically heated for additional charge of $60 a night or $350 a week (when working, please know 🤷‍♀️ motors can be fussy). Pool is usually kept at 81/82 degrees when heater on. Skimmer basket must be kept free of leaves to keep it heating properly. Pool isn't meant for jumping or diving, but is very refreshing. There are 3 DECKS and a BALCONY from loft bedroom, wood FIREPLACE and fire pit outside and gas fireplace inside. HOT TUB is outside of lower level walkout. Each floor has a full bathroom.
