A sandy beach is right across the (residential street), Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. Half way between Traverse City and Charlevoix. Elk Rapids is a very quaint harbor town that you will fall in love with! All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.
