Our peaceful lake house sits on a lot with unobscured lake views and direct access to Lake Buchanan.Due to fluctuating water levels, our house sometimes offers waterfront access, but not always. Please check local water levels prior to booking. As of June 2024 the lake has been rising! Boat ramps are accessible, swimming and fishing are great!Our house was fully renovated in 2021, from the inside it feels like a brand new home. The house gets great light and you don't want to miss the killer sunrise views! The house is waterfront on a very quiet portion of the lake in a peaceful rural neighborhood. -Beach access to the lake (no boat dock).-T
