There's a covered screen porch and massive oak and pecan trees providing plenty shade to relax under while enjoying a cool drink. We've got both hammocks and picnic tables for laying or sitting around. **Please be aware that we continue to experience extreme drought conditions in the area, domestic water use at the house must be kept to a minimum and conserved. The jacuzzi tub as well as any outdoor water use is not allowed until the drought conditions are improved. There is still a great open water view from the house! There is a master with king bed and private bath that has a jacuzzi tub, 1 room with 2 queen beds, 1 room with a king and a full size futon bed, and a second bathroom/laundry room.
