Here is information on renting our 1,400 square foot 3 BR cottage.We rent weekly with Only SATURDAY to SATURDAY check in/out. We have availability year round and with various rates. Cottage is pet friendly but you must list pet on your rental request for approval and pay a pet deposit. Our Sparrow Pond Cottage is located at 1026 Scaup Court in Kiawah's West Beach overlooking lush maritime woods with many deer and birds to watch. The cottage location is excellent! It is on a private Cul de Sac with the beach, Sparrow Pond Pool, KI Resort Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course & Clubhouse restaurants a short walk away.
