The house is part of The Malibu Retreat, which is a 5 acres estate that has another luxury home, a guest house and two apartments. Each unit has complete and total privacy. The only shared spaces are parking (the driveway is huge, with designated parking for each unit)Please note there is an additional fee to use the pool and jacuzzi area and availability may vary.
