NO cellular guaranteed (although AT&T signal found), NO internet, NO WI-FI, NO cable TV. NO cooking stove (although there is a fire pit). NO Air-Conditioning (just windows). NO washing-machine or clothes-dryer. All laundry is hauled to town 25+ miles away. NO firearms are permitted to be discharged. ORV/ATV is very highly recommended, although property has been accessed via 4-WHEEL DRIVE with HIGH GROUND clearance.
