Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel’s prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor provides guests options of watching the avenue come to life from the front porch, enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in serenity on the morning porch, or visiting with family/friends around the outdoor fireplace. Inside, the Manor retains its 1930’s charm amidst modern updates and conveniences. The home has the capability to accommodate up to 14 guests in the five bedrooms. On the main floor, guests will find the main bedroom with a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, bookcase and small sofa for reading, and en-suite bathroom. Four other bedrooms await upstairs including a double bed with a set of single bunk beds, a queen bed, another queen with a daybed and trundle, and a double bed tucked away in a bonus room inside the upstairs master. There are two other full
