Ranch home offers spacious great room with natural stone fireplace, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. There are three bedrooms total, the Master bedroom and an additional bedroom are located on the entry level, the third bedroom is located in the private lower level apartment space that offers a family room with sectional couch, TV, full bathroom and a small efficiency kitchen space with coffee bar. There is a laundry area on the entry level as well. The area offers many outdoor activities such as hiking, water falls, train tours, white water rafting, gem mining etc...To reach the home, you will have to travel a scenic, narrow and winding gravel road - which is easily traveled by car or truck.
