I rent it out and stay nearby in town should any issues every come up. Guests who stay here often cite feeling cozy and at home. There is driveway parking for two cars; however, several may fit on the street. There are basic kitchen tools and appliances that may be used. Specifically, the house has A/C, heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. I provide all linens, towels, and basic soap and shampoo if needed. One bedroom is a king bed and the other a queen.
