Enjoy a shared private beach only 60 yards from the cottage. Two bedrooms offer two twin beds in front bedroom, a twin bed with a pull-out trundle in the second bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. One full bathroom with washer/dryer. The cottage has Cable/WiFi, AC, a charcoal grill, and fully stocked kitchen. There is outdoor seating in back and the front, which is overlooking the water. Bedding, bathroom towels, along with beach towels are provided. Several beach toys to choose from as well as beach chairs. There is also garage parking for one vehicle. The cottage is only 15 minutes from both Grand Haven and Holland. **Owner requires a $500 security deposit in the form of a personal check before stay.
