A separate rental application & agreement must be completed.The space:Basic amenities--standard kitchen appliances plus coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, toaster oven, and utensils. Included are the use of any condiments in the fridge and spices in the cabinets. Towels for bathroom use included.
