The house has a wrap-around deck, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The property has a shared sports court for pickleball, basketball, and more. Lake Samish is just across Friday Creek Road. Public lake access can be found 100 yards north of the house on Friday Creek Road. A double kayak is available for your use (stored down by the dock, paddles in the bathroom closet).
