Located in Bella Vista, Florida, United States. Biking and hiking getaway close to trails and on lake New eco-friendly Studio Apartment above the garage on a no wake lake. Situated by the back 40 for great hiking and biking. Also close to paved biking trails. After a great ride/hike, enjoy some time on the lake in a Kayak or Paddleboard. Private dock for fishing. End the day in an infrared sauna (extra cost) to relax and repair tired muscles. Apt. Size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot plate, air fryer/oven, instapot and outdoor grill. Private small deck nestled in the trees. Fresh water is added to filtered water pitcher on day of arrival. Pets are welcome and must be able to get along with other dogs. The small deck for the apartment is gated. I do have a dog/person friendly dog who is out watching the property via an invisible fence.
