Maximum number of adults is 12 due to bunk beds. We have completely redecorated throughout, with all new furniture in the kitchen and family room, ceiling fans in the master bedrooms, family room and lanai, new carpets throughout, newly themed rooms and a new Ping Pong table and Arcade machine in the updated games room.
