This means you are only minutes away from restaurants and shopping while enjoying the quiet of a private lake. If you are looking to avoid the crowds and enjoy a family get-away that is quiet, fun, and private-- this is it! As our neighbors are close by, you may want to look elsewhere if you are hoping to have a large-get-together as parties are strictly not allowed. However there is a pavilion with BBQ pits and picnic tables on a HUGE sandy beach at Whipple lake just up the street for even more recreational fun!
