Located in Pinckney, Michigan, United States. Nautical Nic's Cozy Lakefront Cottage This cozy early 1900's 1 bedroom cottage with stunning sunsets is sure to create lasting memories on your vacation. Directly located on Zukey lake with your own personal deck, dock, 2 kayaks & a paddleboat to use. Shallow water for swimming/wading in warm months and great ice fishing in the winter. It is perfect for a couple, small family, or traveling nurses. It does have a sleeper sofa, air mattress, and a couch for other sleeping needs. Zukey Lake Tavern is less than a 1/2 mile walking distance. Lakeland Trail is also right around the corner which is great for biking & running! We have tried to keep the design authentic with some updates as well. New 2nd bathroom added and some remodeling of kitchen done in April 2022. Do know that our dock is "seasonal" and is usually in from May until Oct. Sometimes, we can put the dock in the water in April. It depends on our lovely Michigan weather.
