With a full glass side of the house overlooking quiet woods. With the benefit of being in the city we are located within minutes of Liberty University, Lynchburg College and downtown Lynchburg. Wards road provides an endless list of amenities, restaurants and shopping.Within the home, you will find stainless steel appliances, gas stove, a Keurig, coffee maker. Three full bedrooms, two full baths. Outside there is a fire pit, inflatable hot tub and a pool available with seasonal dates. There is a massive yard, with a disc golf basket and a trampoline for kids.Please make sure the hot tub remains on with the heater on. Please make sure the hot tub lid remains secured while not in use. There is a neighborhood cat outside that tend to remain around the house. We named him Tommy. If you feel so inclined you may feed him some cat food that we leave in the front close
