The owner is in an adjacent space with its own private entrance and yard behind a fence, you will have as little or as much interaction as you wish. Renters have exclusive use of the front entry, parking for 2 cars, fenced front and side yards (Weber Gas Grill, dining table, seating, lounges, firepit with 4 adirondack chairs). Beach chair
