The full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer. Cooks will find the kitchen lacking for nothing. The handicapped access bathroom has extra large shower with built in chair. Our 2 bedrooms each have queen bed, perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. There is a fold down sofa in the living room which sleeps 2 small people, or 1 big person. The large deck overlooks the river with a gas grill for entertaining and dining alfresco for 6. We have an outdoor firepit with seating for 6. The house comes with parking for 4 cars. We install a seasonal river access of stairs every May - October. The water between the bank and island is usually very in the summer, but the mail river channel on the other side has water and a sandy beac
