Little Otter Lake is great for fishing, kayaking and swimming. A fifteen minute boat ride through the Big Otter Lake channel connects you to skiing, tubing and more on Snow Lake, Lake James and Jimmerson Lake. A row boat is included in the rental, however you will need to provide your own speed boat or pontoon boat. Dock space is available upon request.This single story, 800 square foot home, with 60 feet of lake frontage has all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The interior of the cottage is clean and inviting, with quartz counter-tops, stone fire place, hardwood heated floors and washer and dryer. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower, plenty of closet space and no steps. There is a 320 square foot deck overlooking Little Otter Lake that provides a great view with a retractable awning. I
